Are the products free?
If you qualify, Medicare or private insurance pays for their portion of the product cost, and you pay only the deductible, if any. Often, supplemental insurance will cover the difference.

Is there a co-pay?
Yes, if you have no supplemental insurance, Medicare requires a co-pay.

Do you accept Medicare?
Yes, we accept Medicare and will process all the paperwork for you.

How do you ship the supplies? Are there any shipping costs?
Supplies are shipped by priority mail and arrive in two to three days. Shipping is free.

How many supplies do I receive?
We ship a three month supply of testing supplies based on the doctors order and how often you are required to test. We can ship more frequently if it is required by your insurance company.

Do I have to call to re-order?
For Medicare patients, we send supplies every three months. Medicare requires prior authorization before any supplies are shipped, so all you have to do is check the re-order box on the postage paid Proof of Delivery postcard that comes with each shipment and mail it back to us. Or, you may call our toll free phone number and order your supplies as needed. For private insurance, we will automatically send you a new shipment each month, unless you specify otherwise.

Will you contact my doctor?
Yes, we will contact your doctor to obtain your doctors order. We will handle all the claim forms for you as well.

Does Medicare pay for insulin?
Medicare does not pay for insulin, only private insurance companies pay for insulin.

Do you accept Medicaid?
Medicaid is accepted only as a co-pay, not as a primary payer.

Do you accept HMO's?
We do not accept HMO patients for our services.
